While interning at the U.S. General Service Administration’s Office of Citizen Engagement and Innovative Technologies, I wrote several blogs on user experience and usability testing.
I’m also a regular contributor at Hack Library School, a great resource for current and potential MLS/MLiS students. We try to both a clearinghouse of practical information and a sounding board for students.
